Gorgeous property immersed in nature and high vibrations. Our fabulous host made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed for our Midnight and Margaritas camping experience. The nature walk through the beautifully maintained woods, the rock circles and surprisingly pleasant compost toilet were some of my favorite features. As a bonus we heard owls which was very cool and spiritually symbolic only adding to the ambiance of an already lovely time spent.

I attended an Ecstatic Dance overnight camp out at North Star Retreat, and it was such a beautiful experience! There was a food prep area nearby which was convenient, but didn’t take away from the natural feel of the sweet retreat area, steps away from a forest path where I came face to face with a fawn! One of my favorite features was actually the compost toilet! It was clean, smelled like actual pine, and was easy to use. What a great way to make the most awkward part of camping a good experience. Waking up in the morning and seeing the fog over the meadow was also a delight. I loved this experience so much that I attended the next Ecstatic Dance camp out with my children too. Wonderful.Thank you to everyone who brought this haven to life!

The moment I set foot on Northstar Ridge I felt peace and calm. This is the perfect location to just get away and reconnect with Nature and with yourSelf. My yoga studio hosted a full nature immersion retreat with tent camping over the Summer Solstice. Even though we had a high heat index, the creek welcomed us, the wind was in our favor and the stars in the night sky reassured us we were home. I highly recommend this retreat space for your next event. Tami has everything you could need and is very accommodating not to mention a calm spirit herself.

It was a great place. The only things that were challenging were nature's challenges like heat and bugs. Really nice place.
